Check out our return and refund policy for products purchased on the website

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. To request a refund, return, or exchange of products, please contact us via email at iapo@iapo.org.br with the subject "Return, Refund, or Product Exchange".

1.2. Upon receiving your order, please check if all products have been delivered and are properly sealed. If you notice any irregularity, such as damaged packaging or products, please refuse to accept the delivery. Any irregularity detected after receipt, such as damaged packaging or products, or delivery of products different from what was ordered, must be reported to request an exchange within 24 hours of receipt.

1.3. In cases of regret or dissatisfaction with any product purchased on our website, the customer must initiate the return request within 7 (seven) calendar days or 14 (fourteen) calendar days for products purchased in the European Union, customers have the right to a cooling-off period of, counted from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return request. The costs of returning the product in case of regret are the responsibility of the customer, including postage costs by the postal service.

1.4. The returned product must be in perfect condition for use.

1.5. After receiving the product in our inventory and verifying compliance with our policy, we will send a new product within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

1.6. For products purchased in the European Union, customers have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, as established by European Union legislation. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return request unless the product is defective. The costs of returning the product in case of regret are the responsibility of the seller, including postage costs by the postal service, as established by European Union legislation.

2. BUY ON THE WEBSITE AND RETURN VIA POST OFFICE

2.1. After requesting the exchange or return of the product, we will contact you to provide the necessary procedures for the return.

2.2. The buyer must send the product for return at a post office. The postage costs by the postal service are borne by the buyer.

3. REFUND

3.1. If you choose to return the paid amount instead of exchanging, you will receive an email within 30 (thirty) calendar days to request the refund.

3.2. The refund will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. For payments by bank slip or debit card, the account number will be requested for deposit. For purchases with a credit card, the refund will occur within 02 (two) subsequent invoices, starting from the date of the request for reversal with the credit card administrator, with the reversal being the responsibility of the respective administrator.

3.3. All exchange or return requests must be sent by email within the established deadlines. Requests outside of these deadlines will not be accepted.
